REGISTRATION & MATERIAL FEES:

Fundraising                                                

$150 donation per year or participation in all fundraisers as per the fundraising policy.

 

LATE PICK-UP FEE:                                                               

When a child is not picked up by the scheduled closing time, a late pick-up fee will be assessed as follows:

6:01 p.m.-6:15 p.m. 1:01 p.m.-1:15 p.m. $25 per 15 min. or fraction thereof
6:16 p.m.-7:00 p.m. 1:16 p.m.-Thereafter $50 per 15 min. or fraction thereof

 

NOTES:

1.  The weekly tuition is due and payable on or before the first business day of each week.  The monthly tuition is due and payable on or before the first business day of the month.  A late charge of $10.00 will be assessed when the tuition is paid after the due date. 

2.  A nonrefundable registration fee of $150.00 will be charged to register each new child or re-register a child after withdrawal.  If a child does not start school on the agreed start date, your waiting list space and registration fee will be forfeited.

3.  Registration and material fees are due at the time of registration or transfer.

4.  Annual material fees are nonrefundable unless a written request for partial refund and withdrawal are submitted prior to April 28, 2023 and then a partial refund of $250.00 less any discounts will be given.  Prorated summer material fees are also nonrefundable.

5.  There is a $25.00 charge for each returned check.  Returned checks must be replaced with cash or money order.    

6.  Nap mats are required for all preschool through kindergarten children and may be purchased for $30-$35.  Required cot sheets for preschool students are $10.  Field trips are optional and not included in any fees above.  Green Hickory Tree field trip t-shirts are $10 and are required for all field trips.  Additional green totes are $10.
